The Mosaic Templars Cultural Center (MTCC) was established in 2001 with the mission of telling the stories and honoring the experiences of African-Americans in Arkansas. The museum features exhibits on African-American entrepreneurs and innovators, fraternal organizations and racial integration. The MTCC is also a useful educational resource, providing lesson plans for teachers and outreach programs for students. The center offers self-guided tours and guided tours for groups of 10 or more, enlightening visitors about African-American history and culture in the state of Arkansas.
